SHIPPING POLICY

All products purchased from the No Shirt No Service™ will be shipped via United States Postal Service, FedEx or United Parcel Service (UPS) within 2-7 Days of your purchase, holidays excepted. If you need expedited service, please let us know when you check out. We will do our best to meet your request. Some shipping methods my not be available because of weight or other restrictions.

International customers are encouraged to get a price quote for freight. Most automated calculators overcharge international customers, so we suggest that an estimate for your specific shipment will give you a more accurate number.

RETURN POLICY

Our ultimate goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from No Shirt No Service™ Please contact us from our contact page if you have any issues.

If an item you received is damaged or defective, you can return that item for an exchange.

In the event of a damaged product or an error in shipment, a replacement product will be offered, but an exact duplicate of the returned product depends on availability and is not guaranteed.

Before returning a product, please contact us for approval. Products returned without prior return authorization will be refused. All products retuned to No Shirt No Service™ must be shipped freight prepaid.
